New channel groups, added due to adding a channel are not getting rendered

1. Login to test demo CMS as admin user
2. Navigate to Channel Manager over view >> Click Add channel >> Select Facebook page tab >> Enter valid Name and URL before clicking "Creae channel" button

Issue - New channel is not shown in the overview page unless user refreshes or logsout-login.

Note - This happens only when you create the facebook for first time, for subsequent creations it appears immediately.
