In Link or Document or Image pickers "last.visited.enabled" = false is not working.

I tried two scenarios

First scenario:
Step 1. In console add the boolean property "last.visited.enabled" = true in xinha pickers and link pickers
/hippo:namespaces/hippostd/html/editor:templates/default/root/Xinha.plugins.InsertImage
/hippo:namespaces/hippostd/html/editor:templates/default/root/Xinha.plugins.CreateLink

Step 2. Than go to the respective namespace, example go green job
/hippo:namespaces/hippogogreen/job/editor:templates/default/description/cluster.options
and add property "last.visited.enabled" = false

Second Scenario:
Did only step 2 of First scenario

Issues:
In both the scenarios last visited history is always enabled.
No exception seen in terminal
