Backport: Document type dropdown: implement alphbetical sorting

In the new document dialog the document type dropdown is sorted on the "raw" document type name. If you translate the document types in different languages, the dropdown seems to be in a random order to the editor. Would be nice if it would sort in an alphabetical order based on translations. Next step: make the sort order is configurable so the most common types can be listed first.

Reason for changing - Making sorting a configurable parameter is not implemented, only alphabetical sorting is implemented as part of this improvement.
