(H)CMS - Hippo - InstantOutages - No validation for Compound required Fields

Required fields are not being validated and I am still able to save and close a document and publish a document without any information in the fields

Steps to Recreate:
1. Open CMS in QA or Release
2. Leave all fields empty other than Key Name*

Actual Results:
No Validation for required fields

Expected Results:
Error message of fields left empty and highlighted
