Security domain everywhere must be everywhere

Everywhere is everywhere by definition. Now it's "most places" which clearly is wrong. This has already lead to issues with customers.

Please remove the "exclude-frontend-application" from the default configuration.

Since this slipped into the GA 7.7.1 we should probably write an updater (or something similar) to fix this in current installations.
