Uploaded image does not match the stored "Original image"

Images are still processed when scaling shouldn't be performed.

To reproduce (using the archetype):

• Note the exact size (in bytes) of a JPG image;
• Upload the image to the image gallery;
• Download the "Original" image;

Expected: The exact size (in bytes) is the same for both images
Actual: One of the images is larger than the other

The height and width and dpi of the image are maintained, but the size is changed
