Users and groups should be searchable

It should be possible to search for users and groups in the Admin perspective. Right now, the users and groups are always shown as one big pageable list. With more than a few tens of users or groups it quickly becomes very hard to locate a specific user of group. Instead, it should be possible to limit the list with some search query.
