Modify the Stylist Xinha plugin in order to make it load the stylesheets

The Stylist plugin expects the xinha main script to load the styles (config.stylistLoadStylesheet) which will not work in our way we load plugins.
Modify the plugin so it will load the stylesheet by itself.
