Archetype - Warning message in stack trace when clicking on "preview" button in channel manager overview

Pre-requisite - Have a archetype project running

Steps
1. Log-in to CMS as admin
2. Navigate to Channel Manager overview >> click preview on any channel

Issue - Below Warning messages are shown in the stack-trace
