Banner properties only display suggestions for the first edited language, banners in other languages get the same suggestions

To reproduce:

• Go to Channel manager
• Go to the Dutch website
• Edit the template
• Select the banner, which brings up the properties of the banner
• Click on the arrow of one of the drop-down boxes, and observe the paths to the banners

• Go back to the Channel manager
• Go to another language's website
• Edit the template
• Select the banner, which brings up the properties of the banner
• Click on the arrow of one of the drop-down boxes, and observe the paths to the banners

Actual: In the drop-down box, suggestions are shown for Dutch banners
Expected: In the drop-down box, suggestions are shown for banners in the current language

Workaround: You can refresh the browser, and then go back to your desired language. The banner paths are no longer cached, and are of the correct language.
