Channel Manager - Edit content button is missing when there is more than one topic under jobs or events

Pre-requisite - Make sure there is more than one topic displayed under jobs & events in Home Page

1. Log-in to CMS with admin or editor
2. Navigate to channel manager >> Select English website

Issue - Only one edit button is shown where there is more than one topic under jobs and events (refer attachment)
