Channel manager overview does not show custom channel properties

The channel manager overview can contain columns that show custom properties of a channel. For example, the channel overview in GoGreen shows the channel properties 'page title prefix' and 'theme css'. However, such channel properties are not shown in the overview; these columns remain empty.
