Thumbnail image for logo (mobile) is not shown regardless of the small size image

1. Log-in to CMS
2. Navigate to folder >> images >> pick any image (smallest one)

Expected - User should see all the thumbnails and should be able to edit / crop the image
Actual - Thumbnail for logo (mobile) is not shown for any of the image.

note - if i upload a new image it works fine
