Regression - CMS user does not get a chance to delete images while uploading

1. Log-in to CMS
2. Navigate to Images folder
3. Access context menu >> select "Add image" >> click "select file(s)" button >> in the next dialog select few images from your local drive and click "Open" button

Expected - Selected images file name should show in the dialog where the user still has chance to add or remove images.
Actual - As soon as I click Open button, the images are uploaded in CMS
