IE9 - Document picker spoiled UI

    Description

      1. Login to CMS with IE
      2. Navigate to documents and pick any document that has xinha or document picker option
      3. Select the text in xinha and click internal link picker

      Actual - The UI of document picker dialog appears ugly on IE (refer screenshot)
