URL of channel contains double slash between host name and mount path

The list of channels in the channel manager perspective shows the URL of each channel. These URLs all have one '/' too many between the host name and the mount path. For example, the URL of the english mobile channel on the test server is "http://www.demo.test.onehippo.com//mobile". That should be "http://www.demo.test.onehippo.com/mobile" instead.
