Generate translation IDs - Change the message in warning dialog

1. Login to console using admin id
2. Navigate to any document under content for example >> /content/documents/hippogogreen/news/2010/07
3. Right click on the document tree, from the context menu select "new translation-ids"
4. Info message is displayed.

Issue - Replace the text "newly generated uuid" to "newly generated translation ids"
The hippotranslation ........ will be given a newly generated uuid. ........?
