Components Toolbar

As an editor, I want the "Components Toolbar" to show up in the top of the Channel Editor.

The components toolbox is currently rendered as default extjs grid which is included in the main window. The toolbox grid will be rendered as a toolbar in the top of the channel editor. Each component is represented with the name and an icon aligned horizontally. A additional button 'add components' / 'close components' is showing and hiding the toolbar.
