Channel Properties Window in Channel Editor

"As an editor, I want to manage the Channel Properties from within the Channel Editor (= edit mode of the channel manager)"

The channel manager overview holds on the right hand side the channel properties panel which will get removed and added as a window inside the channel editor. A additional button in the toolbar on the right hand side left to the gear button will open the window when in edit mode.

Saving the channel properties is refreshing the channel so the latest changes are visible.
