Generate new translation ids as a separate action and as an option during copy

When you copy a node using the console that has a translation id property or one of that nodes sub nodes has such a property, then the referenced translations will show up on those nodes. This is often something that is undesirable and burdens the user with extra effort to change the translation ids by hand. We need a new action in the console that lets the user generate new translation id properties on a node and its sub nodes. We also need to enhance the copy node dialog with an option that does generates new translation ids as part of the copy action.
