Preview/live urls of the site should be configurable from within the CMS

    Description

      Currently the preview and live urls are "hidden" in the hippo-configuration tree in the cms-services. Without explicit instructions it is not possible to find the config nodes. It would be much better if the urls can be configured from within the CMS for example somewhere in the admin perspective.
