merge perspectives with root plugin in one module

Each of the perspectives currently has it's own module in the cms; these are very shallow modules, mostly just delegating the functionality.
Consolidating these modules into one 'perspectives' module reduces mvn overhead. It also makes it easier to reuse the same repository instance across the tests in the current separate modules.
