Set up automatic integration build for tests in defaultcontent quickstart

We have some useful tests in the addon-defaultcontent/quickstart module. Currently these are not run as part of our build / integration test procedures. Since some of these are long running tests - notably RandomWalkTest.stampede we would like to set this up on our integration test server.
