Channel manager should show full value of cell in tooltip

The channel manager contains a list of channels, with potentially a lot of properties per row. The full value of each cell is therefore probably not visible without resizing columns. To easily see the full value, it should be shown in a tooltip when the user hovers his mouse over a cell.
