security - Correct the "password rules info" & punctuation

1. Log in to CMS
2. On "Dashboard" click on "Change password"
3. Change password dialog is opened with "password rules info"

Actual issue -
1. Fourth point reads as "Password is not strong enough
2. There is no punctuation after each sentence

Expected behavior
1. It should read some thing like "Password should satisfy "X" of the following rules
2. Use proper punctuation in appropriate places
