Unable to add new channel

1. Log-in to CMS
2. Navigate to channel manager
3. Click on "Add channel"
4. Select the "blue print" as "website" and click on "choose"
5. Define the properties for the website and click on "create channel"

Actual behavior - New channel is not shown in the list
Expected behavior - New channel should be shown in the list along with its properties on right pane
