Description

The selected channel can be deselected in two ways:
1. press 'ESC' (to close the properties dialog) and press 'ESC' again (to deselect the current channel)
2. do CTRL-click on the selected channel

In the second case, the channel properties dialog can still be opened afterwards. That should not happen: when no channel is selected, it should not be possible to open the channel properties dialog.
