Security - Align the error text for better readability

1. Login to CMS as admin
2. navigate to Admin panel
3. Select users >> author >> set password
4. type password as - tes & confirmation as te

Actual behavior - Error info is shown with less readability. (refer attachment)
Expected behavior - Improve the readability of the error info.
