Image picker dialog - selection area has fixed dimension regardless of the size of the image

1. Login to CMS
2. Navigate to any document and click edit
3. Go to xinha editor in the above document and click Insert/Modify image icon
4. Image picker dialog opens, now navigate to Gallery >> products >> 2010 >> 08

Issue - Image select are is always fixed regardless of the size of the image (refer the screenshot)
