Remove the translation option from channel manager blue print dialog

1. login to CMS
2. Navigate to channel manager perspective and click on Add channel button
3. Blue print dialog is shown with three option

Actual Issue - Only website option is working, translation and mobile is not working
Expected behavior - All the three options should work fine, but as of now Arje advised to drop translation option and fix Mobile. Which means only two option should be shown in blueprint in working condition.
