Image gallery picker UI has spoiled look in IE9

    Description

      1. login to CMS via IE
      2. navigate to documents folder and pick any document from products or events or news
      3. Click edit button and click on xinha edit area
      4. click on the button "Insert/Modify image" button

      Issue (refer attachment)
      1. Selected item is not highlighted
      2. Thumbnail view still displays pictures in one single column
      3. The header and footer is not aligned as in fire fox
