Channel properties field "Blueprint" - make the non-editable text area visible to the users

1. log-in to CMS and navigate to channel manager perspective
2. Click on "Add channel"
3. Select "website" and click "choose..."

Issue - The field "Blueprint" is marked as mandatory (with star) and text field looks like editable text area.
Expected -
1. Star should not appear on Blueprint
2. Make the text field to appear Grey (as non-editable is visible to user)
