Channel manager shows disabled channel properties panel when cookie contains non-existing channel id

The id of the selected channel in the channel manager is stored in a cookie 'ys-channel-grid-panel'. When the cookie contains a channel id that does not exist, the channel manager still shows the channel properties panel, but disabled. Instead, the channel properties panel should not be shown at all.
