IE: Translated folders cannot be linked in

In IE, a new translated root folder cannot be linked to an existing one. Clicking the folder does not give any response. As a result, translated root folders cannot be linked under IE.

Steps to reproduce:
1. start the CMS created by archetype 1.03.05
2. login to the CMS
3. create a new translated root folder called "acceuil" for the French language
4. select the popup menu of the "acceuil" folder and select "Translations"
5. click on the english "now" folder under "Translation folders"

Expected behavior: the "acceuil" folder is linked to the "now" folder
Actual behavior: nothing happens; somehow the click event is not recognized by the GUI
