FullReviewedActionsWorkflowPlugin is checking if document has property hippostd:stateSummary to hide the edit action

    Description

      If a document doesn't have the mixin hippostd:publishableSummary the workflow action edit is not visible. The check should be removed and the resulting behavior verified.
