Regression - Unable to accept publish request from author

1. Login to CMS and edit any document
2. Send a publication/schedule publication request
3. Login to CMS as admin or editor
4. Go to the above document and accept the request

Issue - I see below exception in the window
Impact - Unable to publish the document in this way
1. java.lang.NullPointerException: null
2. org.hippoecm.repository.api.MappingException: No context defined for class java.lang.String
