IE: Paging in wide document listing broken

IE will display a floating paging bar in the middle of the page when paging gets activated.

Paging can get activated in 2 ways:

• Having more than 500 items stored within a folder. Note that storing more than 100 items in a folder is considered as bad practice.
• search result having more than 500 items

500 is the default configured value for paging. This can be changed.

Note that this issue is not easy to fix for IE because it does not support a scrollable tbody.
Firefox works fine.
