Remove revert action from doc type editor workflow menu

Scenario:

• open a document type in the doc type editor
• make some changes, save & close editor
• click 'miscellaneous' dropdown

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:

• 'commit' action is shown

Actual Results:

• 'revert' action is available too
  executing the action will lead to inconsistencies when a field was removed
