Description
When a document is translated, the meta-data of the new document is an exact copy of the original document. This means, for example, that an English document "news" was created by user john, and user jan creates a Dutch translation "nieuws" of it, the properties 'createdBy', 'lastModifiedBy', 'creationDate' etc. of "nieuws" are all identical to the properties of "news". This is very counterintuitive. Only if jan edits "nieuws", the lastModifiedBy property will be changed.
This also affects reports about 'my' documents, since 'my' means 'last modified by the current user'. If a user creates a translation of a document without editing it, the document will not show up in his/her personal reports.
Question remains: what would be desired behavior? Which meta-data should be changed when a translation is created, and which meta-data shouldn't?
