Translations: Transation dialog - The folder order is reversed

1. Log in CMS in IE as Editor and select any document
2. Click on translation option and select any langauage to translate
3. Observe the translate dialog

Issue - Refer the attachment, the folder order is reversed.

PS - This issue does not occur always, so there is no definite reproduction path. Once I log off and login I do not see this happening again.
Only encountered on IE.
