Surf & Edit convert to javascript rather then link to CMS

Currently, Surf & Edit adds a link in the site that opens the CMS application with a path parameter (document path). When template composer is integrated with CMS, this will be counter-intutive. Since the TC is part of CMS, clicking on the edit document link should open the CMS editor with the document selected.

Surf and Edit tag needs to be modified to achieve this functionality, the proposed solution is to add javascript that will post an event to the TC CMS Plugin which will in-turn utilize the CMS BrowseService to open the Document.
