Make Cargo work with Hippo CMS Suite

Making Cargo available for team and update the poms.

Also we need to work on:
archetype integration
HST demosuite integration
documentation and architectural diagrams
update http://www.onehippo.org/cms7/documentation/development/core/building/eclipse.html (m2eclipse)
tag cargo (we are now on trunk)
support clustered environments by documenting how to setup or by providing artifact
unit tests should not rely on Jetty

Consider: take quickstart out of the packages and combine with hst demo suite (aka developer show case). The quickstart is meant for Junaidh to do testing with a different test fixture then GoGreen provides.
Either way if we still want to use quickstart for testing purposes it needs to be updated.
