Old icons being used

Somehow old icons for 'publish' and 'take offline' are being used in the folder actions menu.
See attached images.
While the new icons have been in there as far as I remember.
(seen in '2.18.02', is that the same as cms7-release-7.5.0 in the Affects Version list?)
