Remove workflow modified property when no value provided rt. using replacement string when create new document in folder

Normally when no replacement value is available, the string indicating a replacement should be used (like ${author}) is left as property value. This causes problems when the property is not a string, but for instance a date, because the $ based value isn't valid.
