Google translate - This feature is void for any new language

1. In CMS introduce a new language Spanish, create the root folder for Spanish and link it to English.
2. Select a document and translate it Spanish
3. In "translate document dialog" box name the folder and document name, click OK
4. No error is thrown and the document appears to be translated.

Actual - The document is not translated to English, no exception or error is thrown.
