      Prerequisite:
      A document with table and Free text should appear side by side (as shown in screenshot)

      Steps
      1. Translate the above document to Dutch or French

      Actual - The content after the table is merged with last cell of the table (including Fields outside xinha like Date, URL, Location etc) refer attachment 2 and 3
