Translate document dialog uses wrong locale

    Description

      See screenshot. The dialog shows "Nieuws" as a folder, which is the Dutch name of the folder "news". But I've logged into the cms using English, as you can see in the foldertree behind the dialog where it renders "news" correctly.

      Junaidh can you please validate this?
