Regression 2.17.03 - Incorrect document type name

1. Log in CMS with admin ID
2. Create a new document type and run "update all content"
3. When its successful, go to documents and create a new document.

Actual - In new document dialog box, the "document type" name appears incorrectly, when user attempts to create a document its blank
Expected - the new document type should be shown in the drop down with correct naming convention.

Logoff & login solves the issue.
