IE, FF, vista, 2.17.03-SNAPSHOT build 25453
Description
1. Export "/hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-services/localeProviderService.xml" from 2.17.02
2. Build 2.17.03 and start from quick start
3. In console import the xml to "/hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-services/localeProviderService.xml"
4. Compare the localeProviderService of 2.17.02 and 2.17.03
Expected - They should be same
Actual - They are not same (refer the attached files)
