Translations - Incorrect error message when user attempts to create a document name which already exists in the folder

pre-requisite:
1. Have 2 or more languages defined and linked
2. Have one or more documents in each language folder
Steps
1. Create a new document in one of the language folder
2. Click on translation icon and select a language
3. In the "translate document" dialog box, name the document with the name that already exist in the folder

expected - document already exists error should be thrown
actual - the action failed is thrown
